    Hi, will there be an option of CSV or XML format for the response to the enquirers lodgment?

    No. The email format is an HTML body with a PDF attachment. The PDF attachment is designed to be as close to today’s format as possible.

    There is an enquiry:create webhook that an enquiry user can subscribe to. This will be called whenever an enquiry is created.
