    1. In the “2021-02-01-DBYD-SmarterWX-Sentinel-Referral-Spec-v1.0” (6.1 Summary of Changes from Current Service) we note that CUSTOMER ID will be different. All enquirers will have a new customer ID. We will need to update our clients systems on 1-July-2021 to ensure existing CUSTOMER ID match the new CUSTOMER ID. Can you please confirm the format of how this data will be provided for our relevant Asset Owner Member clients?

    14. The utility id for a member does not change. It is a five or six digit number.

    An enquiry user’s “caller id” will be generated uniquely for each user as they register with the system. This is an integer.
